I have lived in several apartments complexes here in Tyler and Cumberland has the largest floor plans by far. And have rental rates ranging from $1,388 to $2,129. This apartment community also offers amenities such as Outdoor Kitchen, 24-Hr. Cumberland Place Apartment Homes has 3 shopping centers within 1.6 miles.
