Management yelling back at you saying we can just find a new company if we like we are too busy to get you help at this time that is just how it is. We have waited weeks and weeks to get our ice box fixed and not able to use it and continue to call to get things worked out. The level of customer service that is being provided is unacceptable.

We are having a long running issue with Home City Ice being able to service us. Our Freezer has been down for weeks and we are not getting the attention we deserve. The local company was purchased by the larger corporate company a while back and the level of service has suffered tremendously since this take over.
If I provided this on the retail side to our guest we would lose business and close the doors. We are looking for this company to help us get a problem solved and if that means a temporary box to help us until we get the other one fixed. The maintenance guy won't even answer his phone but he completes the tickets in the system like he has done what he needs to do but he doesn't do anything at all.
